The Waiting List posted on the "About Us" page is now current. Anyone wishing to have their name added to The Resort's Waiting List will find the necessary application document on the "About Us" page. You can download this doc, fill it out completely and return to the address at the top of the page with the two necessary checks and a copy of your Escapees Membership Card. Please be aware that when you become a member of the FL SKP Co-op, you will be expected to volunteer your time and efforts toward the good of all.
Cracker Crumbs is now being printed to this website in it's entirety and is available on the "About Us" page. See a slideshow of park pictures at the bottom of this page. See our Rates & Regulations on the About Us page along with a brief description of the park and a list of activities. At the bottom of this page check links to sites you may find interesting. CERT TRAINING
Twenty people from the park and the close surrounding area signed up to take the local CERT training course. CERT stands for "Community Emergency Response Training". After taking this course, all were certified to help out, wherever we are, in the event of a disaster either man-made or natural. We can be called upon to work in our own park or anywhere in the surrounding county area. Hopefully we will not be needed, but it is nice to know that there are people available who can help that have been trained in the proper procedures.
We would like to express our gratitude to Richard Shepard, FPEM, the Emergency Management Director for Hardee County and Ann Miller, our dedicated CERT instructor.
